HARRIS COUNTY RED AGAIN
When Cindy took over the party in December 2020, the party and grassroots were disillusioned. Cindy spent her first year focused on re-energizing the grassroots and donor base; stabilizing party finances and developing and implementing a strategic plan to start winning in Harris County again.
Under Cindy’s leadership and her focus on grassroots activism – Harris County is the only large Texas urban county to not turn blue. Cindy has had one goal – to be the first urban county to turn red again.
WINNING ELECTIONS

Won 9 judicial races in 2024 and helped win 10 appellate court seats

Helped Donald Trump receive a record number of votes in Harris County in 2024
Increase Conservative leadership in Local Government

Implemented a robust voter registration strike force to register voters in churches, gun shows and shops and other community events

Formed the Latino Leadership Council to coordinate the efforts of Latino Republican leaders to expand the party

Preserve the Integrity of our Elections

Helped pass legislation that returned the running of elections in Harris County to the duly elected County Clerk
